All content, software, designs, graphics, user interfaces, visual elements, code, and documentation included in or made available through the Crypto Broker application and website (collectively, the "Service") are the property of Creationauts Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks

"Crypto Broker", the Crypto Broker logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress of Creationauts Inc. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Creationauts Inc.

All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party products, services, or other information does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Creationauts Inc.

Exchange logos and names displayed in the application (including but not limited to Kraken, MEXC, Bitget, KuCoin, Coinbase, Binance, OKX, Bybit, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, Creationauts Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the Crypto Broker application on your personal devices
  • Use the application for your personal, non-commercial cryptocurrency trading activities
  • Access the Crypto Broker website and its publicly available features

This license is granted for the number of devices permitted by your license tier (free or paid) and is subject to the restrictions below.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Share, transfer, or allow access to your account or license to any other person or entity
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including securities laws and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service or its APIs beyond the intended application functionality

5. Ownership

The Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and remains the exclusive property of Creationauts Inc. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Your purchase of a license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Creationauts Inc. without any obligation to you.

6. Third-Party Content

The Service integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges through their public APIs. Creationauts Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these exchanges unless explicitly stated. Your use of exchange APIs through Crypto Broker is subject to each exchange's own terms of service and API usage policies.

Market data, pricing information, and trading functionality provided through exchange integrations are sourced directly from the respective exchanges. Creationauts Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CREATIONAUTS INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. CREATIONAUTS INC. IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR AND DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREATIONAUTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any trading losses incurred through the use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from incorrect order placement, exchange API errors, or network failures
  • Any third-party conduct or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATIONAUTS INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

Creationauts Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
